Group Therapy brings people with similar experiences together in a supportive environment to learn, connect, and grow.
Group offerings will vary throughout the year based on availability and interest.
Optional Monthly Parent/Caregiver Check Ins
$30 | 15-minute check-in

Supporting your teen is a team effort. Optional monthly check-ins give parents and caregivers a space to discuss progress, ask questions, and learn how to better support their teen outside of therapy— while still protecting the trust and privacy that allows teens to be open and honest in sessions.
